What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, username
• Learning data: progress, quiz results, submissions, forum posts, certificates
• Technical data: IP address, device and log data

Why
To provide your courses, track progress, issue certificates (if applicable) and support you.

xPot — AI assistant

• xPot sends your questions to ChatGPT (OpenAI, USA) to generate answers. OpenAI does not use them to train its models.
• Chats are stored on this platform for up to 24 months to improve the course.
• Do not enter personal, confidential or health information.
• Answers can be wrong. Please check important information.

Where your data is processed
This platform is hosted by TMD Hosting in Singapore. xPot uses OpenAI in the USA. Your data may therefore be processed outside Oman.

How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after your last course activity, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent ends your access to the platform. Use Profile → Policies and agreements / Data requests, or write to info@xpot.ai. We respond within one month. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Department of Oman's Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
